Why do experienced brokers accept reduced commission rates?!
You may be wondering why experienced real estate brokers would agree to work at reduced commission rates? Very good question!
Let’s not beat around the bush and lay out the real reasons:
We give them the contact information of several clients willing to do business with them 💲💲💲 So more clients = more revenue.
The photos, videos and descriptions of our clients’ properties are already completed to a very high standard. They do not need to invest time and energy to produce them.
Our clients are well prepared before meeting with the brokers in question. As a result, the relationship is often much easier and more pleasant than when potential clients contact them directly.
Every time a broker receives a call from a buyer interested in your property, the buyer in question becomes a potential client for him! In fact, the broker can offer to help him in his research or even to accompany him in the sale of his property (if he is a homeowner…). So in the end, you as a client-seller represent a multitude of opportunities for the broker. Even if at the end of a transaction the broker does not make any commission, he will probably have had the opportunity to benefit from this relationship. Not to mention that the opportunity we offered him will have cost him nothing.
