Southière-sur-le-lac is without a doubt one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Magog! Walking through its streets will increase your sense of vacation and change of scenery. Moreover, the cottage is a member of the Association des propriétaires de Southière-sur-le-Lac (APS). “Members of the Association have privileged access to many services such as the Grande plage and Petite plage parks, the volleyball court, the children’s playground, the petanque, boat and windsurfing areas, the skating rink, as well as the network of trails in the woods.” The Park and the Grande Plage are only a 2 minute walk from your cottage!

If you own a small boat, you can park your trailer near the cottage. However, it is important to advise us at the time of reservation to ensure that space is available. Access to Lake Memphremagog: you must go to the Capitainerie (for motorized or non-motorized boats) located at 353 rue de Hatley. Magog, 7 minutes from your cottage. The opening of the boat ramps and the service building generally takes place at the end of April, and the closing at the end of September.
