Enjoy the surrounding nature by taking the quiet river 🚣 that leads to the small Lac Rond as well as the large Lac Noir.
The cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a queen bed and the 3rd has a double futon. In addition, the living room is equipped with a sofa bed to accommodate your guests. There is a bathroom and a laundry room on the first floor and a powder room on the second floor. The cottage can accommodate up to 8 people.

Please note that the cottage is not available from March 15th to April 30th. In addition, the garage and shed spaces are not available to tenants.
Rates (monthly rental only)
- January 1st to March 15th = $2275/month
- May 1st to June 30th : $2475/month
- July 1 to August 31: $3875/month
- September 1 to October 31: $2475/month
- November 1 to December 31: $2275/month
In order to respect the municipal regulations in force, we must offer the cottage for stays longer than 31 days. Please note that a 3.5% service fee will be added to the rental amount.
