First of all, $449.95 is equivalent to a 0.15% commission on a $300,000 sale. In the end, the fees related to the sale of a $300,000 property would come to 2.15% or 4.15%, depending on where the buyer is from. Let’s say it’s still competitive 😉
We will introduce you to real estate brokers who have been tested and have earned our trust. So you won’t have to do that test 😅 Plus, you’ll have access to commission rates (2% or 4%) that are more affordable than most competition.
