Fishing enthusiasts, here is the variety of fish that awaits you: lake trout, smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, sunfish, walleye, brown trout, shad, yellow perch and rainbow trout.

2 – A WELL-EQUIPPED house with a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the lake!

Although modest, this house is very well equipped for a most comfortable stay. What is the cancellation policy?

First and foremost, there are no fees for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your booking, with the exception of last-minute bookings made up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date. So, if a booking has been made by accident, you have the peace of mind to change it without worry. In addition, you can cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund, less a 10% fee of the total booking amount. This fee covers our administrative costs as well as the costs associated with the difficulty of finding another tenant within a short period of time. After the 5-day period, no refund will be possible. This policy is designed to give you the flexibility you need while ensuring the quality of our services. What payment methods are accepted?

To finalize your reservation, you can choose between two payment methods:

Credit card: The person responsible for the reservation must be the cardholder, which will be used to make the payment and cover any costs related to the stay.
Interac transfer: If you prefer this payment method, send us a message to info@fleximmobilier.com with the following information: name of the accommodation, dates of stay, number of people and your complete contact details (name, address and telephone number).

Remember that to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance will be taken 14 days before your arrival. A security deposit will also be blocked on your card between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and released within 5 days after your departure, except in the case of damage or non-compliance with the rules of the rental agreement.
