The indoor fireplace is gas-powered, which means that everything is already in place for its operation. So you don’t have to bring anything to fully enjoy it.
Yes, all of our chalets are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay to ensure a clean and safe environment.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation in order to guarantee a clean and pleasant environment for all travelers. Please respect this rule. Any unauthorized presence of an animal will result in additional charges, as specified in the Rental Agreement available on this page, in the “Rental and Cancellation Conditions” section.
Check-in and check-out times are set to allow for a thorough cleaning between stays. If we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to do so, subject to availability. However, please note that additional charges will apply if the requested adjustment exceeds 2 hours from the times listed on this page.

First and foremost, there are no fees for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your booking, with the exception of last-minute bookings made up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date. So, if a booking has been made by accident, you have the peace of mind to change it without worry. In addition, you can cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund, less a 10% fee of the total booking amount. This fee covers our administrative costs as well as the costs associated with the difficulty of finding another tenant within a short period of time. After the 5-day period, no refund will be possible. This policy is designed to give you the flexibility you need while ensuring the quality of our services. The accommodation is equipped for a comfortable stay. To finalize your reservation, you can choose between two payment methods:
Remember that to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance will be taken 14 days before your arrival. A security deposit will also be blocked on your card between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and released within 5 days after your departure, except in the case of damage or non-compliance with the rules of the rental agreement.

The cottage’s private SPA and the shared SPA at the Central Hall are accessible all year round, whatever the season.
