First and foremost, there are no fees for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your booking, with the exception of last-minute bookings made up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date. In addition, you can cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund, less a 10% fee of the total booking amount. This fee covers our administrative costs as well as the costs associated with the difficulty of finding another tenant within a short period of time. After the 5-day period, no refund will be possible. This policy is designed to give you the flexibility you need while ensuring the quality of our services.
