5. Once the code is accepted, the discount amount will be applied automatically, and the updated total will be displayed.

The indoor fireplace is gas-powered, which means that everything is already in place for its operation. So you don’t have to bring anything to fully enjoy it.

Yes, all of our chalets are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each stay to ensure a clean and safe environment.

The presence of pets is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to travel with your pet, contact us before booking to discuss the possibilities and applicable conditions. Note that additional fees may apply and restrictions may be in effect. Any unauthorized presence of a pet will result in additional fees, as specified in the Rental Agreement available on this page, in the “Rental and Cancellation Conditions” section.

Check-in and check-out times are set to allow for a thorough cleaning between stays. If we can accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, we will be happy to do so, subject to availability. However, please note that additional charges will apply if the requested adjustment exceeds 2 hours from the times listed on this page.

The maximum capacity is clearly indicated on this page, under the photos of the accommodation. Please respect this limit at all times. Please note that the presence of unauthorized guests will result in additional charges, as indicated in the Rental Agreement accessible on this page, in the section “Rental and cancellation conditions”.

First and foremost, there are no fees for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your booking, with the exception of last-minute bookings made up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date. So, if a booking has been made by accident, you have the peace of mind to change it without worry. In addition, you can cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date for a full refund, less a 10% fee of the total booking amount. This fee covers our administrative costs as well as the costs associated with the difficulty of finding another tenant within a short period of time. After the 5-day period, no refund will be possible. This policy is designed to give you the flexibility you need while ensuring the quality of our services. The accommodation is equipped for a comfortable stay. You will find a fully equipped kitchen, bedding, pillows, towels, BBQ, Wi-Fi connection… The details are specified on this page, in the “Amenities and facilities” section. If you have specific needs, such as a special pillow to sleep better, do not hesitate to bring your own to maximize your comfort.

To finalize your reservation, you can choose between two payment methods:

1. Credit card: The person responsible for the reservation must be the cardholder, which will be used to make the payment and cover any costs related to the stay.
2. Interac transfer: If you prefer this payment method, send us a message to info@fleximmobilier.com with the following information: name of the accommodation, dates of stay, number of people and your complete contact details (name, address and telephone number).

Remember that to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance will be taken 14 days before your arrival. A security deposit will also be blocked on your card between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and released within 5 days after your departure, except in the case of damage or non-compliance with the rules of the rental agreement.

To respect the neighborhood and preserve peace and quiet, the accommodation applies a strict policy regarding noise and festive activities. Parties and events are not allowed. The cottage’s private SPA and the shared SPA at the Central Hall are accessible all year round, whatever the season. The heated swimming pool is open from June to September inclusively, and is shared with other guests at the Central Hall. Next to the pool, the sauna remains accessible all year round for relaxing moments in all seasons. 🌞❄️
