I have a question about accommodation. Where do I go to find an answer?

You can start by consulting the advertisement for the accommodation in question. It contains photos, a detailed description, a “Frequently Asked Questions” section specific to each accommodation and a rental contract accessible via a clickable button. If you can’t find the answer to your question, use the “Contact us” button under the booking calendar to send a message to the person in charge.

You can talk to either the owner or a Flex Immobilier rental manager, depending on the accommodation. Some owners prefer to handle communications themselves, and we leave that to them.

Each advert contains a “View rental contract” button in the “Rental and cancellation conditions” section.Click on it to consult it. Confirming your reservation implies that you have read and accepted these conditions.

Accessibility varies from accommodation to accommodation.Some are adapted, while others may include stairs or features limiting their accessibility.Please contact us to confirm before booking.

Many of our chalets offer facilities such as a private spa, swimming pool or sauna.Check the chalet description to find out what amenities are available.

What should I do if something goes wrong during my stay?

We’re available 24/7 to help you whenever you need us. You can contact us directly by phone or message, and we’ll do our best to resolve any situation quickly.

If you have any problems accessing the accommodation, please contact us immediately.We can provide you with the code again or help you solve the problem quickly so you can access the accommodation without stress.

Contact us immediately to report any problems.This will enable us to react quickly and rectify the situation as soon as your stay begins. Don’t wait until the end of your stay to inform us, to avoid any confusion about the origin of the damage. Your comfort is our priority, so don’t hesitate to contact us as soon as you arrive.

If any of the equipment listed in the ad appears to be missing, please contact us immediately.We’ll check the situation and make every effort to provide you with what you need.

What payment methods are accepted?

To finalize your reservation, you can choose between two methods of payment:

  1. Credit card: The person responsible for the reservation must be the cardholder, and the card will be used to make the payment and cover any charges related to the stay.
  2. Interac transfer: If you prefer this method of payment, please send us an e-mail to info@fleximmobilier.com with the following information: name of accommodation, dates of stay, number of people and your full contact details (name, address and telephone number).

Remember that to confirm a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total amount is required. The remaining balance will be taken 14 days before your arrival. A security deposit will also be blocked on your card between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival, and released within 5 days of your departure, except in the event of damage or non-compliance with the rules of the rental contract. You can consult all the details in the Rental Contract, accessible on the advert page of the accommodation you are interested in, in the “Rental and cancellation conditions” section.

Our basic fees include everything you need for your stay. However, there may be additional charges for specific services, such as accommodating pets or breaking the rules. You can find full details in the Rental Contract, available on this page in the “Rental and cancellation conditions” section.

First and foremost, there is no charge for bookings cancelled within 24 hours of your reservation, with the exception of last-minute bookings made up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival date.So if a reservation was made by accident, you have the peace of mind to change it without worry.What’s more, you can cancel up to 5 days before your scheduled arrival for a full refund, less a fee of 10% of the total reservation amount. This fee covers our administrative costs as well as the costs associated with the difficulty of finding another tenant within a limited timeframe. After 5 days, no refund will be possible. This policy is designed to offer you the flexibility you need while guaranteeing the quality of our services.

The security deposit guarantees that the rules of the contract are respected and covers any damage, theft or non-compliance. It is blocked on your credit card between 24 and 48 hours before your arrival and released within 5 days of your departure, unless charges have to be deducted.

In the event of damage or non-compliance, part or all of the security deposit will be used to cover costs, including taxes and a 6% service charge. If the deposit is insufficient, a surcharge may be applied. A detailed report will be provided in the event of a hold.
