Founded in 2014, Flex Immobilier initially specialized in marketing homes and condos for sale by owner. Over time, we refocused our expertise towards the management of short-term rental cottages, a sector in which we now concentrate all our energies. Our success is based on one fundamental principle: quality first. Rather than maximizing the number of cottages under management, we strive to maximize the revenue generated by each property.
We use the latest technologies, adopt a continuous improvement approach through regular training and listening to our customers, and work only with partners who share our values. At Flex Immobilier, traveler and owner satisfaction are at the heart of our approach, guaranteeing personalized, high-performance management for every chalet.
At Flex Immobilier, we base our actions on four core values: Transparency, Proactivity, Excellence and Flexibility. These pillars guide every aspect of our management, ensuring optimal results and a memorable experience for owners and travelers alike.
We firmly believe that clear, honest communication is essential to building trusting relationships. We openly share all relevant information with owners, enabling them to track the progress and performance of their investment with complete confidence.
Anticipating needs before they become problems is at the heart of our approach. We act quickly and proactively, taking preventive measures to ensure smooth cottage management, maximize revenue and guarantee a worry-free experience for owners and travelers alike.
Represents an ongoing commitment to superior service for owners and travelers alike. This aligns well with the idea of maximizing revenue while guaranteeing high-quality experiences.
When managing short-term rental chalets, it’s essential to adapt quickly to the needs of owners and travelers.Flexibility shows that you can respond to different situations agilely and efficiently.
Are you looking to supplement your current telecommuting job or work a few days a week in a small, dynamic team? Passionate about improving customer experiences and motivated to broaden your professional horizons? This opportunity is for you!
Dad, lover, godfather and travel enthusiast, I’ve explored over a hundred destinations around the world. These travels have allowed me to experience different cultures of welcome, hospitality and service, which today inspires me in the management of vacation cottages. Understanding what travelers are looking for, whatever their origin or expectations, has become a major asset in my approach.
Professionally, I worked as a chartered appraiser in the Montreal and Eastern Townships regions, before honing my skills with an MBA at the Université de Sherbrooke. In 2014, I founded Flex Immobilier with the aim of offering a more honest, transparent and comprehensive range of services than what was being offered by the real estate sales market.
At the same time, I had the opportunity to share my expertise as a lecturer at the University of Sherbrooke, where I taught ‘Business Strategy’ to Master of Finance students for 3 years. The strategies I taught are directly applicable to the management of your real estate investments, enabling me to optimize the profitability of the cottages under management.
On the strength of these experiences, I combine passion and rigor to offer management services that fully meet the expectations of owners and travelers, ensuring a high level of quality and satisfaction.”
Our mission goes far beyond cottage rentals: our team ensures that every detail is a source of wonder, and that you leave with memories that will last a lifetime.
